Since the beginning of my professional activity I have been working mainly in the fields of labour law, general civil and commercial law, family law and criminal law. In addition, I am also happy to advise and represent you in all other legal matters. In doing so, I always use my many years of experience to work out sensible and feasible solutions in cooperation with you, which often go beyond the scope of my own practice. In doing so, I keep a preventive eye on possible subsequent conflicts so that you are spared subsequent disputes and associated consequential costs.

My work in the field of employment law includes legal advice and the representation of employee and employer interests in equal measure.
Labour law regulates the entire relationship between employer and employee. The most frequent conflict between employer and employee arises in connection with dismissals. In this context, I will be happy to assist you in an advisory capacity as well as in extrajudicial negotiations or representation before the labour courts, regional labour courts and regional labour courts.
In the field of labour law, I deal not only with dismissals but also with questions concerning references, transfers, warnings, the employer's right to issue instructions, etc.
FAMILY LAW

Criminal proceedings can be very incriminating for both the acting and the injured party. The negative consequences of a criminal offence therefore often have a direct or at least indirect influence on the further development and prospects, and thus on the entire future of the person affected. A timely assignment of a lawyer can therefore contribute to the protection and enforcement of the respective rights as well as to a positive development on both the perpetrator and the victim side.
This applies all the more so if young people and adolescents are affected whose development into adults is not yet complete.
